Notes

Step 1: Steep your specialty grains for 1hr at 152 F.

Step 2: remove grain bag and add extract and bring to a boil.

Step 3: add 1oz Tettnanger hops with 30 min left in boil.

Step 4: add 1oz. sweet orange peel and 1oz Coriander (crushed) with 5 min left in boil.

Step 5: add .75 oz Saaz hops at 0 min left in boil (212 F)

Step 6: add 1oz Hallertau Blanc hops in whirlpool (180 F)

Step 7: chill wort to 75 F and pitch M41 Belgian Ale Yeast
