The intent here is to do a mash, set aside the liquor then do another mash to gather around 6.5-7 gallons of 1.100 OG or higher wort. Boil together for 80 minutes.

Age for a bit in a barrel then bottle.

Pasteur Blanc and 95 g of table sugar was used by Mike for 5.5 gallons bottled, intend to use same yeast but adjust sugar down for revision ideas (he thought carbonation was too high) and volume I have on hand.
