Notes

BIAB Brew

Mashed in with 4 gallons of 166 degree water, held mash at 154 for 60 minutes. Added 5.7 quarts of boiling water to raise temp to 168, held for 10 minutes. Added 6.3 quarts of 176 degree water to raise temp to 170 to mash out.

Ran off about 6.75 gallons of wort after giving bag a couple of light squeezes. Pre boil gravity of 1.046

75 minute boil, finished with about 5.25 gallons. Actual OG 1.056
Actual brewhouse efficiency 77.4%
