Notes

Simple, uncomplicated APA is the goal. Actual yeast used was RVA Yeast Lab's "Chico" strain - same as Wyeast 1056, but they sell 200 billion cells per pack instead of 100 billion. Should provide a clean ferment with few "yeasty" flavors.
