Insufficient sparge for wt. of grain. Low eff, some sweet taste in spent grain still. Low vol, needed to dilute with 1 gal to tgt at rack |

Calculations suggest need to keep a close watch on keg pressure for fear of overcarbing - gravity continues to slowly decrease, flavor clearing somewhat of acetaldehyde greenness, already more mature. Slight diacetyl notable at RT. Carb level v. low still. |

V. heady, concern for overcarbonation. Better balance in flavor. Drew off some into growler to provide headspace. |

Ready! Carb level ended up good, flavor hoppy but not bitter, with a distinct hit of residual sweetness. Could be a little drier, some slight acetaldehyde left. |
