Notes

Add 1 Cup of white flour to the mash if you want to create the haze of a NE IPA.

Chill to 180 F before adding the whirl pool hops. Whirl pool for 30 minutes. Then chill to pitch temperatures.

Dry hops are in 2 charges
1st addition is pre fermentation so add as soon as krausen forms.
2nd addition is post fermentation so add after krausen falls.
