Notes

Recipe calls for 16lbs of 2row and the use of Briess Special Roast but I accidentally shorted the recipe by 4lbs of 2row. Thus, the OG was about 1.033 - 1.034 initially. The final gravity was about 1.003. Final ABV is about 4%. The carabrown gives off a nuttier flavor than the last recipe that used the Special Roast. Tasted clean and well balanced. Racked on 10/26/16.
