Notes

Had to speed brew for a camping trip. Only really got about 10 days of fermentation before clold crashing it for a couple days and the racking to carb for a couple days before the trip. Thinking this is why my FG didn't hit the goal. Only got 4.5% rather than 5%. Will try again with full fermentation.
