Oxygenation: 8 mins with airstone on low flow. Pitch at 82 degrees. Fermentor placed in water bath at basement ambient temperature, I'll let it ferment there while I let water in the garage warm to final ferment temps. |

Bought and am using an aquarium heater in the water bath set to 84 degrees. The somewhat persknckety yeast seems to enjoy the treatment! |

Calling this done.... It's bone-dry, citrus and melon flavor with spicy pepper finish. Proud of this Saison! I wish it had been done for State Fair. |
