Notes

One big can of pumpkin, roasted at 400 degrees for 25 minutes is added with flavoring hops.

Spice Additions - .5 heaping tsp of the following added @ 5 minutes -
nutmeg, cloves, alspice, ginger, cinnamon

At bottling - 1.25 tsp of Pumpkin Pie spice was added per 5 gallons as well as
~4 oz of real vanilla extract

Pitch rate is entire washed yeast cake from a prior batch of Brown or Amber at around 1.056 OG.

Brew in July or August for October - December drinking.
