Note about volume:
To achieve 5.5 gal fermenter goal, the post-boil volume needs to account for both the honey volume as well as transfer loss. Assuming 0.25 gal transfer loss and honey volume of 0.085 gal/lb, the formula for post-boil volume becomes:
5.5 gal + 0.25 gal - (7.2 lb * 0.085 gal/lb) = 5.14 gal
