Special "B", CaraMunich and CaraVienna were steeped at the end of the mash and through lautering.

Fermentation 65 - 70deg, 3 Days
Secondary: 67deg, 3 weeks
Tertiary: 67deg, 2 weeks
Bottling: dextrose & a fresh vial of Wyeast 3787

Note no mash guidelines other than 154deg were provided.
