Notes

Raw (No Boil)
Homegrown Cashmere & Triumph. Picked and wet hopped within hours.

BIAB
Mashed at 150 degrees F for 1hour with 1/3 of the hops.
Raised temp to 170 and mashed out. Added 1/3 more of hops when it hit 170 and recircled for about 45 minutes.
Took the last 1/3 of hops and boiled for about 10 minutes with the drippings from the grain bag and then added to wort.
