Tasting sample pulled and flavour is much improved over post boil sample. Yeast character and fruitiness have mitigated hop bitterness. Notes of pink grapefruit and guava coming through! |

Carb is coming along but not quite there. Flavour is fruity but subdued. Bitterness is there but less aggressive than after brew day. 10lb CO2 is almost done so not pushing big pressures |
