Sous Vide in 7.8gal Brew Bucket
142-162 Step Mash.
Mash in at 145ish.
Add Rice Hulls for good measure
Raise 1 degree every 3min over 60min
Mash out bag and let drip
Use spigot and silicone hose to transfer to brew kettle
