Notes

I omitted adding the 2oz of Azacca in the first dry hop.
I also added another 2oz of Citra as a second dry hop 5 days after the first dry hop additions.

My final ABV came in roughly .5% higher than what the recipe targeted.

Citra aroma is not as pronounced but the flavor comes through.

I was quite happy with how this turned out. A tad bitter but not overwhelming. Pours a nice yellow-orange color with an inch of thick white foam on top.
