Notes

First brew missed OG of 1048, landed at 1043

Nice aroma from the Sabro, well backed up by the Mystic and Jester to provide a well balanced tropical background.

Flavour is mellow, initial hop-burn after cold crashing, went away after a couple of days. Hazy, darker side of amber from the Rye. with decent support from the malts to carry the flavour from the hops. Would almost certainly benefit from a dry hop schedule and some very small bitttering late in the boil.

Dry finish, not nearly as sweet as it could be. Try a higher temp mash.

Water is soft, but not as much as expected from the salt additions, could add more calcium.
