Pulled gravity sample through keg line to put beer in line instead of Starsan. Very pale yellow and cloudy. Smelled like classic Berliner Weisse. Nice tangy yeastiness with pleasant sour funk. Taste followed smell but with a really nice grainy/bready finish and some great yeasty sourness. Really looking forward to drinking this carbonated. |

Put in Keg 1 (dumped ~2.5 gallons of gross oxidized Patersbier). Cleaned line with Oxyclean, keg with Starsan only. Purged 4x at 40 psi and left at 40 psi for 1 day. |
