Notes

Instructions:

  • Pitch 2 packs of dry yeast.
  • Split Dry Hop in 2 additions
  • Add first ~halfway through primary (40, 40, 40)
  • Wait until primary complete
  • Lower slowly to 16C
  • Add second dry hop (80, 40, 80) and purge thoroughly with co2
  • Leave 2 days and start cold crash
