Notes

Not as sweet as the Starta Amarillo by Pirate Life Brewing I'm trying to clone. Maybe they use a fruity yeast?

They must be using dextrose to hit that 7% ABV.

Other than that, we will see what the beer is like mid keg. I burst carbed it over night, and it just isn't there yet. Bit of flocculation at the bottom of the keg as well. You should definitely rest a beer at 3C for 48 hours before carbing. Improves clarity, color, and taste.

But hey, it's Friday, and I dont have that kinda time!
