Yeast was spun up as usual for 24 hours. I added 1 tsp lactic acidosis to the mash only. |

I accidentally chilled to long, down to170. I pitched the whirlpool hops and heated to 190. This took 15 min and it held at 190 for 5 min. I then chilled to 70. Pump was running the whole time. |

I had ferm within 5 hours and strong ferm 16 hours later. By the time I added the yeast I had 6 gal per ferm. |
