Notes

This will be the first time I have used water treatment with individual acids only.

Target alkalinity of 80 ish. So need to remove 140ppm. So, if I add 1.ml/L HCl (2M)that will remove 100ppm of alkalinity . If I also add in 0.4L H2SO4 (1M) that will bring the alkalinity down another 40ppm.

THis will also add 70ppm of Chloride giving 120, and sulphate of 65. Just over the 2:1. I guess this will be OK for me.

So, add1ml/L of HCl and 0.4ml of H2SO4

Need it to be chloride forward in a ratio of 2:1
