BIAB Blonde Ale Modified; added Cara pils; from Brewing Classic Styles: 80 Winning Recipes Anyone Can Brew; Jamil Zainasheff, John Palmer
Brewed on 12 JULY 2020, specific gravity higher than expected, so adjusted efficiency to yield the actual specific gravity of boiled wort.
Also used three yeast packets due to high starting specific gravity. Fermentation more vigorous than expected, still going strong on 16JULY2020.
Diluted with 1 gal. sterile R.O. water on 17JUL2020 in primary.
Secondary fermentor on 28JUL2020. Sp.Gr. = 1.006. Hydrometer. Transfer to keg on 06AUG2020, sp.gr. = 1.0076 corrected refractometer, 11.5 psi CO2 @ 38 F. Estimated ABV = 7.3%
