Notes

This was the base recipe brewed by John Palmer and Beau Schiner when they held a brew day at Austmann brewery.
They used Magnum for bittering and Citra, Amarillo and Cascade for flameout

The 30 who attended took home 20 liters of wort to add a choice of yeast and dry hop with which ever hop they chose.

I dry hopped with 100g Citra, 100g Mandarina Bavaria and 100g El Dorado
