Notes
Gooseberries were blended with 1c water and 1/4c vodka.
Ppg of gooseberries and agave is a guess, but OG measured 1.060, so probably close.
Strike and pre-boil volumes must consider late additions.
Added agave and gooseberries at flameout and held for 5 minute rest before cooling wort.
Added pectin enzyme at pitch.
Packaged 21 bottles.
Taste at packaging was noticeably but not too tart (more gooseberries would be fine), crisp, dry at the end. Clean. Very clear in hydrometer. Color approximately 9-10 SRM. Used 0L for gooseberry color in recipe, probably more like 2 or 3.
