Strike water to ferulic rest (pitched too hot at 119 and settled in at 115F)
After 15 minutes, pulled 1/3rd for decoction, add lactic acid at this point.
After 20 minute mash, pull 1/3rd and decoct.
Sparge with 170F water, ended up getting 69% brew house efficiency

Cooled to 68F and pitched, lowered to 66F the first day and brought back up to 68 the rest of the time
