2 goodbelly shots / 1 32oz carton 1 pack Belle Saison 500ml starter of Brett - Your choice Optional: Bottle dregs
15 minute boil. Chill to 70f. Pitch goodbelly, sacch, and brett. Wait 2-4 weeks. Package.
