This was the tweaked recipe for a Session Ale that I enjoyed.
The hop profile, and bitterness was perfect.
Like, the nose on this beer is amazing.
But the brown malt should be left out. I only added it because I had some left over, and I thought it would add a nice biscuit flavour.
I think the beer was better without the brown malt.
I will be re-brewing this with caramunich instead of brown malt.
