Notes

Take 1,5 liters of boiling mash at 30th minutes of boiling and boil it for 50 mins in a pot. It will turn something like a püre sugar. Then add it back to boiling mash. This will improve the body and malt aroma of the beer.

After the end of first fermantation, boil just too little water that would help honey to be mixed good and add honey. Boil the mix for 10 mins, then cool it down to around fermantation degree. Then add it to fermanter.
