Notes

7 days in primary at 62 f
Transferred to secondary and dry hopped with 1 oz citra for 10 days @ 62
f
kegged and carbonated, conditioned after 1 week
tasting notes- very smooth, mild aroma, great flavor and light bitterness.

2 week tasting notes- still slight haze, very smooth, great flavor. Aroma not as high as anticipated- perhaps too many hops in hop ball, recommend 1/2 oz max in each hop ball
