Acidify Strike/Sparge water with 570 ml of phosphoric acid.

Add Citra and Mosaic to tank prior to knocking out(0 Days). Do 2nd dry hop after passing DT and dropping to 60*F for 24 hours prior. Be sure to dump yeast and trub before 2nd dry hop. Recirculate tank after 24 & 36 hours.
