Born on 5/4/23. Added 6 ounces of diced jalapeno to the last 15 minutes of the boil. Added the 1st addition of Montmorency tart cherry juice concentrate (equivalent to 500 cherries) to the last 15 minutes of the boil.
Took reading on 5/8/23 (1.026).
1) Added the 2nd addition of tart Montmorency cherry juice concentrate (equivalent to 500 cherries) to fermenter on 5/9/23.
2) Added a 3/4 of a diced habanero (soaked in vodka for a day) and placed directly to fermenter on 5/25/23.
FG reading on May 29th =1.025
Bottle on 5/29. Use 3.1 oz corn sugar. 40 - 12 oz bottles, 7 - 7 oz. bottles
