Showcasing one full pound of Simcoe hops.
Add corn sugar to boil at 35 min. Use pellet hops, without hop bags, for the entire recipe. End flavor is extremely juicy, with an orange juice + grapefruit juice character. Great for a breakfast beer! ;)
Bitterness decreases rapidly after brewday. This is a house-party beer that is good kegged or bottled and consumed within a month.
For full attenuation, pitch two packs of non-rehydrated US-05, with pure O2; ferment at 67F +/- 1F.
