Notes

Lightly crush blueberries enough to add color to beer. Mix blueberries with 1/2 cup sugar and bring to 160 degrees for 5 minutes. Let cool and add to secondary. Rack beer to secondary after 5 days of fermentation. Leave in secondary for 2-3 weeks.
