Notes

Originally recipe creation was inspired by Coopers XPA.

Hops used in that beer are Lemondrop and Simcoe.

Previous version of this used 1kg Chit malt, but as I don't have that at the moment I have just increased the base malt by 1kg.

For the next version of this I might try the Coopers Yeast (From Coopers Pale Ale Bottles) that I have banked and have successfully used to Make Australian Sparking Ales.
