Notes

Submitted to the 2022 Maryland State Fair competition and received a score of 29. Judges detected a slight diaceytl in the beer and I think it's because I did not let it ferment long enough (10 days). Plan to make this beer again and let it ferment for 14 days. Everyone who tasted it loved it and could not detect the diacetyl.
