Note: Eureka was a freebie bag and was past used by date (though fully sealed and always stored at freezer temps). The actual AA% would be much lower than what it said on the package. Package said 17.6%, but even my guess of 10% was likely too high.

If brewing again, reduce amount by at least 50%.
