Had to substitute Rice syrup solids due to HBS being out of flaked rice.

Used Safale 05 due to HBS being out of WLP001

Lager type beer, but using Ale yeast....so technically not a lager, but friends wanted a light beer and I didn't want to spend the time for a lager.

6/16: Spent 1 week fermenting at 60 degrees. Bump it to 68 degrees for another week.
