Mandarina Bavaria Hop Pellets - 1 oz
$2.99 available
Product Description

This citrusy, fruity lovechild of Cascade, Hallertau Blanc, and Hüll Melon, the Mandarina Bavaria is a delightful aroma hop that sits comfortably at around 7.0-10.0%. With a super intense bouquet of orange candy and tangerine notes, this citrus-bomb is the perfect addition to your favorite Northeastern-style IPAs. Use as a whirlpool/dry hop addition in conjunction with a fruity yeast (London Ale III or American Ale II work wonderfully) to bring out even more of those lovely fruity notes.

Bramling Cross Hop Pellets
$2.25 Only 96 items available
Product Description

Bramling Cross has a very distinctive 'American' aroma. It is often used as a general-purpose kettle hop for a small proportion of the hop grist. However, the variety has also been used to provide a special fruity character in traditional ales, adding blackcurrant and lemon notes. If used as a late hop or dry hop, the affect on the final beer flavor can be very interesting. This is an under-appreciated hop that affords the brewer considerable scope for experiment

Average Alpha: 5-7%

Super Alpha Hop Pellets
$2.49 available
Product Description

Super Alpha, despite its name, is a versatile, dual-purpose hop. Slight notes of fresh grass underlie a complex aroma of pine and lemongrass, making Super Alpha a desirable choice for late hop additions or dry hopping. When used for bittering, Super Alpha can deliver a very crisp, bitter edge to the back palate, and adds a slight resinous character. This interesting hop can be used in ales or lagers, and in both classic and new-world styles.

Hop Type: Dual-Purpose
Origin: New Zealand
