I cant say that I have a particular style or technique but, I LOVE to brew Belgian beers. After all these years of brewing I still like to experiment and try new things. I do have my go to's like every other brewer but, I don't think there is a time where I don't try something new with a good recipe. Lately, I have been experimenting with open fermentation....the first crack at it was a disaster.
