I'm currently using a 3-vessel system to brew all-grain beers: (2) 10-ga Rubbermaids for HLT and mash tun, (1) 10-ga. boil kettle. As of 10/28/2019, I've only brewed beers based on existing recipes. I am on the verge of starting to brew my own beers using Brewing Classic Styles and Designing Great Beers as reference books to each beer style. I tend to brew beers according to upcoming beer "seasons".
