I've been home brewing with extracts kits since late 2015. I've now upgraded my equipment to start all grain brewing. I'm also the Assistant Brewer (in training) for Leashless Brewing in Ventura, CA.
I love all types of beer and don't plan on focusing on any one style. With that being said, I will focus on the use of locally sourced or self grown produce for certain beers I have planned. I ran a Belgian Wit extract kit with the addition of organic blood orange from my back yard and it was very good. I'm currently working on an all grain recipe.
