Cherry flavor comes out more with time. Very nice at 5 months after kegging. Used yeast cake from previous beer. Started 11/11 Added cherry to secondary 12/18 Added nibs 1/12 Kegged 1/30 Roasty, yet very chocolatey. Cherry flavor underlies, stronger with time. Very delicious sipper! May adjust to reduce roasty flavor and increase sweetness.

Put in the Clearing agent and Campden and PS tablets. Let sit for another 4 weeks or longer.
