Notes: Procedure:
1. Mash at 154° F for an hour.
2. Mash out at 170° F.
3. Sparge with 180° F water to make 6 gallons.
4. Heat to boiling and then add all of the hops.
5. Boil 60 minutes and turn off the heat.
6. Cool as quickly as possible to 70° F.
7. Immediately rack to your fermenter and pitch yeast.
8. After 7-10 days, rack to secondary fermenter on top of two prepared Grade B Vanilla Beans and Cocoa Nibs.
