Dry Hop #1 starts 7 days post brew day Dry Hop #2 starts 11 days post brew day Dry Hop #3 starts 15 days post brew day Dry Hop #4 starts 19 days post brew day Cold crash for 24 to 48 hours, four days after Dry Hop #4. Dissolve one tsp of gelatin in 1/2 a cup of water by microwaving until the solution reaches 150F. Check every 15 sec and try not go over 150F. Add the hot gelatin solution to the beer and let it sit for 24 to 48 hours in fridge.
