You walk into Home Depot with a keg, walk to the right aisle and proceed to try several different socket wrenches until you find the one that fits both posts. (And then go to buy heavy duty garden shears, but that's another story).

You bought silicone gloves and baking mats and scales for brewing, and found they could be put to other uses too.

You realized you can RDWHAHB.

I had my daughter make me 8 nine inch circles so I could could size my keezer. They didn't know why I was laying circles in the bottom of the chest freezer at the hardware store.

You discover that cooking, brewing and baking by weight is much more accurate and easy than using those damned cups and spoons and such.

That feeling when your running errands with your wife and yours is to go by the brew store and she finishes her last one so its time for yours...and you know in the back of your head that your going to take as long as she did! Haha
