yeast temps

I had my top off water outside (40ish) After I chilled my wort added the top off water the wort is now 55. Will that hinder the yeast (Wyeast 1010) to start the fermentation process? Or will it take off when it warms up.

will take off when it worms up and shouldn't shock the yeast unless the yeast was warmer already otherwise might just take a day longer
