When I make a yeast starter, how many more yeast cells am I producing with it. Lets say I am using Wyeast Lager 2112 that has 100 billion cells, the yeast is really fresh and I make a starter. About how many more cells are being created? I'm just getting into all grain and like it a lot. Have been doing extracts since the 80's.
