Something like a Boulevard Brewing Tank 7 clone? I had one in Houston last week, strong fermentation character (I was getting some numbness in my tongue from the phenolics, kind of like Chloraseptic throat spray). Jokes about phenols aside, it was what I was trying to get from 3724.

OK I think I figured out how to share recipes.

Anyway, nosybear gave me the kick in the ass to do some research on Tank 7. I actually had it on tap yesterday and thought it a wonderful beer. I did some research and this is what I came up with. I plan on brewing this up and pitching it to the cake of the saison I made.

    What do you think??
