Looking for a good witbier recipe, anyone have one that has turned out good? I am going to turn it into a strawberry witbier, if it isn't already.

This is a simplified version of the Wit I just brewed. Very nice beer.

I used a little Honey Malt and threw Mango in the fermenter which made for a really interesting flavor so you could do something like a half pound of Honey Malt in the grist and an half pound of honey in the fermenter to make something a little different than the standard wit.The Mangrove Jack yeast seems great - very spice-oriented rather than a lot of banana like some German Hefe yeasts.
