Same favorites for me, for the same reason. But for Maris Otter, I actually prefer Crisp over Simpson's. My LHBS carries Simpsons but will special order Crisp if I ask them to. Maybe next time.

Well I just ordered some 20lb Crisp Maris Otter from Howdy Brewer for $1.45/lb
Got free shipping because I already placed another order last week for grains. To late to add it to the order but they gave me free shipping anyway.
 
For German Pilsner, Munich and Vienna I Use Weyerman.

For English, I don’t have a favorite Maris Otter really. Fawcett for crystal.

Not made a beer with American domestic base malt in quite a while. Only American malt is probably a flaked barley and maybe some 2 row they was left over and just added since I was low on a base malt.
 
Just looked back at my last couple times I brewed with English Maris Otter Malt
I've used Fawcett, Crisp floor malted, Baird, and Simpson

the Fawcett haven't been able to get
The last Maris otter I used was the Crisp FM and liked it yesterday I ordered the Crisp English Finest MO. I guess I'll source the others and do back to back to back and see if I can narrow it down.
My favorite pilsner malt after my study last season was the Bohemian Pilsner from Weyerman

I haven't tried floor malted yet. How does Crisp's MO compare to their floor malted MO? Is it noticeably better?
 
From what I've heard any Floor malted grains are slightly under modified. The floor malted pilsner I did decoction but I didn't do it with the FM MO
